There are a number of groups in the industry working on standards and protocols for digital imaging. TIN has hosted a focus meeting and a seminar on the subject. We want to support the standards work currently underway and promote debate across the industry.

Pro-File Colour management scheme
The Digital Imaging Group of the Association of Photographers has launched ProFile, a scheme which allows image producers to validate their colour management and proofing procedures. Customers using Pro-File accredited sources can be confident that the images and proofs they receive are colour accurate within approved tolerances. Compliancy with the scheme is tested regularly.
